At Extra Mile Tire & Service, technicians come first. We run a clean, organized, and professional shop where you can focus on turning hours—not fixing management mistakes or chasing parts and approvals.

We’re a busy 10-bay shop with 11 lifts, including two Hunter alignment machines, located in Milton, GA. We service all makes & models and consistently work on high-quality vehicles from a high-income customer base. Car count is strong, hours are steady, and the workflow is efficient.

We’re expanding and looking for a skilled full-service technician who wants stability, strong pay, and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Pay & Schedule

  • $40–$55 per hour (based on experience & certifications)

  • $3,000 sign-on bonus available

  • Flat-rate position

  • Monday–Friday only — NO weekends

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Diagnose and repair all makes & models

  • Perform general automotive repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics

  • Work in a clean, well-equipped shop with proper tools and alignment equipment

  • Collaborate with a professional, experienced team that values quality work

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years hands-on automotive technician experience (preferred)

  • Strong diagnostic skills and confidence working independently

  • Your own tools

  • ASE certifications a plus — or we’ll help you earn them
